注意事項(Notice)

核發證明需2.5個工作天，但須向司法或軍法機關查詢者，不在此限。

It typically takes two and a half working days to process the application. However, it may take longer for applications which require an inquiry for criminal records to judicial authorities, namely courts or military courts.

2.

依警察刑事紀錄證明核發條例第8條規定：申請人有下列情形之一者，不予核發警察刑事紀錄證明：

• （1）受通緝尚未撤銷者。
• （2）判決確定之刑事案件尚未執行或執行中者。

According to the Act Governing Issuance of Police Criminal Record Certificates, Certificates will not be issued to applicants who remain on a wanted list or whose prison sentences haven’t been served or are being served.

3.

領證及繳費事項請洽受理之縣（市）警察局，非本人申請須另外檢附委託書正本，受委託人於領件時須同時出示雙方身分證件正本。

Regarding information on pick-up certificates and payment, please contact with the police agency in charge.For the application by proxy, a power of attorney must be submitted(original only). The IDs of both the proxy and the absent applicant are required to present when picking up the certificates.

4.

網路申請者，於上網申請後第3工作日起30日內攜帶應備證件（受託領件者亦須攜帶身分證明文件）至受理單位外事科櫃台驗證及繳費領件，逾期且未繳費之申請案件作廢，請重新申辦。

For online applicants, please pick up your certificate and pay the processing fee at the foreign affairs section service counter of the police agency in charge within the next 30 days from the third business day of application. Applicants and agents shall present proofs of identity for verification while picking up certificates (if they are applicable). The application will be declared void after the deadline.

5.

若您於網路系統申請經點選送出後，發現輸入之個人資料有誤，請於案件進度查詢結果中取消申請，再重新輸入正確資料並送出即可。

If you find errors in your application after clicking the submit button, please delete the application from the inquiry and submit correct one again.

6.

申請人未滿18歲者，應由其法定代理人為之。

In case the applicant is a minor, the application shall be submitted by the legal representative.
