If applicants want to apply via Citizen Digital Certificate, please download and install the Citizen Digital Certificate installer from Certificate Management Center of Ministry of the Interior.

請使用者務必下載HiCOS卡片管理工具，並且使用HiCOS最新版本2.1.9.6，方能完整支援自然人憑證之讀取及使用，以避免用戶PIN碼被鎖或是無法使用之情事發生。
Applicants must download the HiCOS card management tool and use the latest version, 2.1.9.6, to fully support the usage of Citizen Digital Certificate to avoid the user's PIN code being locked or unusable.
此處為警政署「警察刑事紀錄證明書」網路申請整合平台，您的資料送出後會轉到各受理警察局外事科辦理。故若有任何申請與核發問題，請逕向受理的警察局外事科洽詢。
After your application is submitted via the online application integration platform, it will be transferred to the Foreign Affairs Section of local police departments for processing. Therefore, if you have any questions, please contact the Foreign Affairs Section that is processing your application.
